Established in 2012, Viridi provides world leading coating solutions for a variety of flat panel wood and composite substrates. Our DNA involves a passion for innovation and proprietary know-how to commercialise new products based around UV Curing Powder Coatings.

Combining the benefits of the Viridi process methods with timber based material means that environmental impact is minimised whilst delivering new age sustainable solutions. Our production facility is located in Ballarat, Victoria with excellent connections to distribute Australia wide.

Prior to the formation of Viridi; methodology, paint formulations, product development, R&D and commercialisation of the powder coat method for wood based materials has been driven by OEM NuTech; a Perth based company that continues to set new benchmarks for the technology both in Australia and overseas. OEM NuTech provides highly specialised technical support and facilitates transfer of technology and IP to Viridi.

Viridi continues to set global benchmarks in building and construction applications, delivering what it describes as the greenest paint system on the planet for a wide range of architectural and joinery uses. Viridi’s  start to finish manufacturing capabilities can replace solvent based paints, laminates and foils with a cost effective environmentally friendly alternative.
